Trade Confident LLC Refund Policy & Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription or product from Trade Confident LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase any subscriptions or products.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy and Subscription Terms (“Agreement”) govern all subscription services, products, and access to proprietary content, charts, indicators, and educational materials offered by Trade Confident LLC. All purchases are subject to this Agreement.

2. Non-Tangible, Irrevocable Goods

All offerings on TradeConfident.io and our sister site Gumroad.com/tradeconfident are non-tangible, digital goods or subscription services. By purchasing any product or membership:

• You acknowledge that purchases are final and non-refundable.
• You understand that digital content cannot be returned once delivered.
• You accept the inherent risk of using non-refundable, non-tangible goods.

3. Subscription Access & Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions grant access to our services for the selected billing period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard: Account → Plan → Change → Cancel Subscription.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

4. No Refunds Policy

4.1 General Rule

• All subscriptions and product purchases are final.
• Full or partial refunds for unused time, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction will not be provided.

4.2 Business Closure or Discontinuation

• In the unlikely event that Trade Confident LLC ceases operations permanently, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription term.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk and waive any claims for refunds arising from closure or discontinuation.

4.3 Legal Basis

Trade Confident LLC enforces this non-refundable policy in compliance with federal and California law:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines – 16 CFR § 429.1: Refunds are not required unless expressly promised. The Company provides clear disclosure prior to purchase.
• California Business & Professions Code § 17200: Prepaid services may enforce no-refund policies if clearly disclosed.
• California Civil Code § 1750 (Consumers Legal Remedies Act): Refunds are not required absent fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct. Trade Confident LLC fully discloses refund terms before purchase.
• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-106: A completed sale of goods or services does not require refunds unless contractually promised.

5. Voluntary Cancellation & Dissatisfaction

• Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations, service dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
• Potential subscribers are encouraged to contact betradeconfident@gmail.com with questions before purchasing to ensure understanding of services and limitations.

6. Changes to Services

• Trade Confident LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
• Such changes do not trigger refund obligations.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any disputes regarding this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Butte County, California.
• By purchasing, you waive any right to claim refunds due to business closure, changes in services, or any other circumstance disclosed in this Agreement.
