Everything Trade Confident publishes is general market commentary and education, not investment advice. Trading is risky, and you can lose all the money you put in. Travis Martin trades many of the assets he discusses, including before and after he posts about them.
This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything Trade Confident LLC publishes: our website, newsletters, videos, charts, indicators, downloads, live calls, Telegram channel, YouTube channel and social media.
1. General Commentary, Not Investment Advice
Our content is the personal opinion and analysis of Travis Martin and the Trade Confident team. It is published on a regular schedule, and the same content goes to all subscribers. It is not based on, or tailored to, any individual's finances, goals or risk tolerance.
Nothing we publish is a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency, security, ETF, commodity, derivative or other asset. Words like "buy zone," "target," "entry," "exit," "DCA level," "signal" and "trade," and anything our indicators display, describe our own analysis and process. They are not instructions for you.
We will not tell you what to do with your own money, including in live calls, Telegram, email or direct messages. If you ask about your personal situation, we may answer only in general educational terms.

Neither Trade Confident LLC, Travis Martin, nor any team member is registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or commodity pool operator with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA or any state or foreign regulator. None of us is a licensed financial planner, accountant, tax adviser or attorney. No fiduciary or advisory relationship exists between you and us.

3. Risk Warning
- Cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile, largely unregulated, and can fall to zero. Exchanges and wallets can fail, be hacked or freeze withdrawals.
- Leveraged ETFs reset daily, can lose value over time even when the underlying asset ends flat, and are generally designed for short holding periods.
- Margin, futures and options can cause losses larger than your original investment.
- Precious metals and stocks can also decline sharply.
- Laws, regulations and tax treatment can change quickly.
Only invest or trade money you can afford to lose entirely. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their results.
4. Our Own Positions and Conflicts of Interest
Travis Martin personally holds positions in some, but not all, of the assets we discuss. He may buy, sell or hold those assets before, at the time of, or after our content is published, at his own discretion. He may also trade in ways that differ from views expressed in our content.
We are not required to tell you when, how much, or at what price we trade, and our positions can change without notice. You should assume that Travis may hold, or may trade, any asset we discuss. Other team members may also hold positions in assets we discuss. When Travis shares his own positions in a post, he updates that post when he buys or sells.
5. Past Performance, Results and Hypothetical Examples

Trade results, profit screenshots and similar content reflect Travis Martin's personal trading. They are not typical, and they are not a prediction of what you will earn. We do not track members' results, and many people who trade crypto and leveraged products lose money.
Backtests, hypothetical examples and indicator results shown on past charts have built-in limits. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, don't reflect real trading or the effect of fees, slippage, taxes and emotions, and can't account for real-world risks. No one can promise that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will differ. We publish testimonials as received, editing only for length, spelling or grammar and never in a way that changes their meaning. If someone who gave a testimonial received anything of value from us, such as free or discounted access, we disclose that next to their testimonial.
7. Indicators, Charts and Data
Our indicators and charts rely on data from third parties, such as TradingView, exchanges and data providers, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Our indicators are designed not to change signals after a bar closes, but data providers can revise past prices, which can change past indicator values. Software can contain errors. Indicators are analytical tools, not signals to trade.
8. Accuracy and Timeliness
Market views are opinions about an uncertain future and can be wrong. Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, but markets change quickly and we don't update older posts. Information on our site may be outdated.
9. Software and AI Tools
We may use software tools, including artificial intelligence, to help prepare, edit or format some content. Errors can occur.
10. No Paid Endorsements or Affiliate Links
We do not currently earn money from links or mentions of third-party products, exchanges or services. A mention is not an endorsement. If that changes, we will clearly disclose it where it applies.
